MagicBlue LPC1114 #2 testing notes

Now I am moving the second Magic Blue LPC1114 barebone #2 from breadboard to protoboard.  I am using Magic Flash and the Rx, Tx signals to test read the device signature to make sure that at least the UART is working OK.
