Now I am testing olimex ekg board using 5V power. The main reason is that I am thinking of using Maxim's digital low pass filter which only works at 5V and not 3V3. The other reason of using 5V is that 5V output should have higher ADC resolution than 3V3.
I am also using the suction bulb type electrode. I found it not that comfortable, and that is it easy to fall off.
As earlier, the RC (4K7, 2u2) low pass filter clamps 50Hz line noise by roughly 60%. Next step is test the Maxim low pass filter.

The MLA710 Chest ECG Electrodes are exploratory ECG electrodes.
These suction electrodes are 30 mm in diameter and are supplied in a set of three and are ideal for student use.
They can be connected to any Bio Amp Cables (MLA2540, MLA2340, MLA1340 or MLA1540) using snap-on Lead Wires providing good contact and low noise.
