MCP3201 worst case / average accuracy using Vref = 3.26V
I tested with Vref = 3.26V.
Vref = 3.26V
Test 01 = 0001010100011101
Test 02 = 0001010100011010
Test 03 = 0001010100001110
Test 04 = 0001010100011101
Test 05 = 0001010100011010
Excel = 101010001010
Again the worst case / average is 4/3 bits over 12 bits, again under 0.2%.
