I am trying to generate a calibration signal for the EKGEMG.
1. Start with 5V crystal oscillator 2.04 MHz.
2. Use HC4024 7 stage ripple binary counter to count down 17 stages to get 15.62 Hz == 16 Hz.
3. Use resistors 2M and 100R to divide potential down to order of 1 mV.
However I found the potential divider built on a breadboard not working, perhaps the contact is not good, or the breadboard resistance is too small, compared to megaohm values.
So now I am using a protoboard to repeat the potential divider hardware.
