EMG testing notes

Now I am checking out the EMG with the following test condition.




Electrodes placement
1. RA inside lower arm, about one third from wrist.
2. LA inside lower arm, about one third from elbow.
3. RL inside upper arm, at middle.


Action
1. no action,
2. Clench fist (C),
3. Relax (R),
4. Repeat C, R about once a second.
