OLIMEX EKG/EMG Shield EKG part testing OK

I have no idea how to solve the oilmex ekg output swinging above 0V problem.  An easy get around is to use the RC low pass filter to filter away the 50Hz noise, at the same time level shift the whole save above 0V.

Now I think perhaps I can play with the EMG thing, to check out if my arm can generate any EMG signal.
